Features
Pastry kit: the sessolina, a measuring spoon in natural beech wood. Ideal for the metering of the flour and for all the powdered ingredients. The small shovel, in natural beech wood, is an indispensable tool for serving your cakes. The stainless steel whip, made of 6 strings, is essential for preparing the dough. Rolling pin in beech wood to roll out the dough. Dimension rolling pin: inch 19.3 x 1.5 ∅
Biscuit cutters: three cutters in stainless steel to cut you cookies.
Pastry board: the pastry board, made of solid spruce with a beech wood head, it is perfect for processing the dough.
Apron: with the Alfa Pizza apron, any chef will be recognised.
Glove: the heat-resistant glove in 100% cotton bouclé continuous filament is ideal to safely use the hot parts of the wood-fired oven.
Set of trays: set of trays designed for baking cakes, plumcakes, pies, “ciambelloni” and cookies. Designed for our ovens, these tools are made of steel with nonstick coating Teflon classic.
Cookbook: in the cookbook there are lots of recipe to cook in your wood fired oven. The recipes are made by Alfa Pizza chefs.
